Zach Pashko lives in Richboro, PA with his wife Alesha, their daughter Layla, and their bernedoodle Fitz. A family-first guy with a love for music, boating, and entrepreneurship, Zach co-founded Beach Buggies LLC with his brother during his college and early career years—an experience that sparked his passion for building, problem-solving, and customer-centricity.
He began his professional journey in IT at Johnson & Johnson, then spent nearly a decade at Ethicon (JNJ as well) as a Medical Device Sales Rep across the Philadelphia and South Jersey markets. Today, Zach is part of the high-growth team at AcuityMD, where he’s held roles in Sales and Customer Success, and now leads Commercial Enablement—developing programs that align and empower go-to-market teams across the organization.
