Tamar Silberberg Shiffman is a Co-founder of Concierge Insurance Solutions, a national boutique brokerage focused on personal Property & Casualty insurance for the High-Net-Worth family. Prior to co-founding Concierge Insurance Solutions, she and her husband built a multimillion-dollar real estate business, where she developed the luxury residential side of the company.
Tamar is Co-Chair of Friends of Ofamin, the fundraising arm for the Israel-based organization Ofanim that takes STEAM education to the periphery of the country. She is a Board of Trustee member for AlmaLink’s, an organization that brings CEOs and likeminded entrepreneurs together all of whom support Israel. She is also a member of Federation’s National Young Leadership Cabinet and part of Federation’s Lions for Judah, an international sisterhood of thousands of global activists. Tamar was the recipient of Philadelphia Federation’s Young Leadership Award in 2021.
In 2007, Tamar co-founded The Spruce Foundation, an all-volunteer, next-gen-led non-profit based in Philadelphia that currently has over 4,000 members. The Spruce Foundation cultivates next-gen leaders and philanthropists. The goal and mission of the organization is to give back to Philadelphia youth.
Tamar received her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She is a mother of four beautiful children (ages 5-12 years old) and has an extraordinarily amazing husband and family.
