I’m a global enablement and strategy leader with over 15 years of experience helping organizations translate emerging technology into practical business impact. Most recently at Amazon Web Services, I led executive-facing global programs focused on AI adoption, strategic capability building, and sales transformation, including initiatives designed to strengthen how senior leaders engage customers around generative AI, executive decision-making, and business value. My work has centered on helping organizations navigate complex change while building confidence in emerging technologies at scale. Alongside my corporate work, I am a PhD candidate whose research focuses on responsible AI adoption in mature industries, examining how organizations operationalize innovation, governance, and leadership in environments where trust and accountability matter deeply. I’m especially drawn to the intersection of technology, leadership, and how institutions adapt in moments of rapid transformation.
