CEO, Trajectify
Mike Krupit is the founder and CEO of Trajectify, where he helps growth-stage technology, manufacturing, and professional services companies navigate the hardest phase of business: the gap between early success and scalable leadership. He works with founders, CEOs and organizations that feel stuck, misaligned, or underperforming, often because the right people, processes, and structures haven’t caught up with the company’s ambition.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience across the Northeast and West Coast, and holding positions such as CTO, COO, and CEO, Mike was an integral component to growing key players of the tech and dotcom boom of the 80s and 90s, with management roles in companies like CDNOW, Infonautics, and Verity. Along the way, he’s led organizations through rapid growth, IPOs, M&As and even bankruptcies, giving him rare, real-world insight into what actually works when the stakes are high.
Through Trajectify, Mike and his team provide leadership and organizational development, strategic advisory and interim executive services. He is also the facilitator of various CEO and executive advisory peer boards, creating trusted communities where leaders can think clearly, make hard decisions, and grow with accountability.
Known for his practical, honest approach, Mike helps leaders build courage, navigate conflict, and make the difficult decisions that unlock momentum from the inside out. Trajectify is a Certified LGBTQ Business Enterprise. Outside of work, he has been vegan for 15 years and is deeply passionate about health and the environment. Mike believes some of his best leadership perspectives come from being “over the hill” where he is able to see the whole journey clearly.
