Ken Goldberg is the Chief of the Technical Support Branch Operations Division for the Philadelphia District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is responsible for Dredging programs oversight, management and project/contract controls.
Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Goldberg was the Deputy District Engineer for Programs and Project Management Deputy Chief, Operations Division for the Philadelphia District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has worked as a Program Manager and Resident Engineer in charge of construction on many Corps projects and programs including the New York 45’ Harbor Deepening and numerous projects in Israel, Germany, and the United States.
Mr. Goldberg earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in 1988. Ken is a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania; a Registered Project Management Professional and a Certified Energy Manager. He is also a member of the Army Acquisition Corps, Society of American Military Engineers, and a graduate of the Department of the Army’s Leadership Development Program. When not working, he hangs out with his wife Cindy, two sons, a lawnmower and a Tesla that recently replaced a minivan in Cherry Hill, NJ.
