Ben has more than 10 years of experience in sales and leadership within the live entertainment industry. As Regional Director of Sales & Hospitality at Live Nation, he oversees premium sales and service across multiple amphitheaters and theaters throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Ben focuses on driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering best-in-class hospitality experiences for clients and partners.


Prior to making Philadelphia his home with Live Nation, Ben built his career in professional sports, holding roles with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Los Angeles Chargers, and New York Islanders. These experiences provided a strong foundation in premium sales, client relationship management, and revenue strategy within highly competitive markets.


In his current role, Ben has continued to build on that foundation, consistently exceeding revenue targets and leading strategic initiatives that expand corporate partnerships and enhance the overall guest experience. He has played a key role in launching new premium products, optimizing sales processes, and implementing data-driven strategies to identify and convert high-value clients.


Ben is known for his hands-on leadership style and commitment to accountability, coaching his team to maximize performance through disciplined pipeline management, creative prospecting, and a focus on meaningful client relationships. He works closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, operations, and finance to align strategy and execute at a high level across all venues.
