Aron is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Full Court Construction, a construction management firm focused on new construction mutli family and mixed-use projects in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas.. He focuses on the estimating and budgeting of projects along with overseeing client relations and the financing department. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania and was a member of the Men’s Varsity Basketball team. He was a 2022 Inductee of the JCC Jewish Hall of Fame
