Arielle Lechner is an executive coach and the founder of NewPo, where she partners with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders to navigate high-stakes challenges and achieve transformational results. Before launching her coaching practice, Arielle built her career leading go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS and Web3 ventures.
Originally from Montreal, Arielle attended McGill University. Opportunities then led her to Ottawa, San Francisco, New York City, and Reno before finally landing in Philly. She’s proud to call this city her forever home with her growing family. Arielle also serves on the board of Federation NextGen as well as the Hebrew Free Loan Society of Greater Philadelphia.
