Antoinene received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Management in 2008 and earned her MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute in Herndon, VA.
Antoinene born with an entrepreneur’s spirit, many considered her as an indigo child and because she was from a strong line of solid entrepreneurs, she followed in her father’s footsteps as one of the leading black developers in the city of Philadelphia, her future was predestined to be abundant. Working within WPDC and helping the company to develop and complete over 60 plus rehab and new construction of housing in the Philadelphia area, she has been responsible for the overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning. She is well versed in maximizing positive outcomes for all of the projects in all of the real estate businesstransaction. She has impressively implemented strategies to improve sales for newly constructed housing development, resulting in 30% increase in revenue and 25% in profit.
Antoinene’s ability to handle multi-site, multi-family residential tranaction into hugely profitable businesses sales. She also is able to navigate through all aspects that come with mortgages, appraisals and closing steadily shows her resilience as a top entrepreneur in the real estate industry.
Antoinene has been gifted to finalize and broker deals for musicians and performers ranging from California to New York. There are no boundaries or barriers she can’t plow her way through as the Founder and Owner of her eight year successful music and entertainment corporation entitled, Truth Be Told Management. Having Scrum as one of the lead managers for Technical Assistance for Facilities Maintenanceand Workforce. Antoinene was responsible for the company’s workforce and development operation. Her day-to-day responsibility was to interface with the Temple University staff and receive assignments, such as clean outs of office space, student housing rooms turn-overs.
Antoinene leadership skills were evident through her relationship with the staff and knowledge of the work and logistics and coordination of many assigned task. Her hobbies are shopping, traveling, enjoying music and fine dining, and sports, she alsocontinually invest time in her church and also her spiritual growth.
