Ali is the Founder of Fox Talent Solutions, a boutique recruitment firm specializing in tailored hiring strategies for businesses across all industries. With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, Ali has built a reputation for connecting top-tier professionals with organizations that align with their values and goals.
Prior to founding Fox Talent Solutions, Ali held leadership roles at Amazon and Penn Medicine, where she implemented innovative hiring strategies, led high-performing teams, and drove organizational growth. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from LaSalle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from Indiana University. As an entrepreneur, Ali leverages her expertise and passion for building relationships to help businesses thrive.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family. Joining the Jewish Business Network is an exciting opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals and contribute to a vibrant business community.
