My name is Marc Kravitz, I am born and raised in Philadelphia. I am the father to Amira and Riley, each of whom just finished their first semester in college. I grew up in NE Philly, graduating from George Washington HS in 1987. I graduated from Hofstra University in 1991. In 2002, I started I-SPY Hospitality Audit Services. My company’s goal is helping our clients increase revenue by creating more positive customer experiences and maximizing on potential sales opportunities. Our core business is working with restaurants, such as STARR Restaurants and the Estia Group locally, as well as with groups in NYC, DC, and Miami. I enjoy volunteering with the culinary students at OIC in Philly. In my personal life I love coaching middle school baseball at Penn Charter, playing pickleball, spending time down the shore during the summertime, and connecting with friends and family. Most days you’ll find me at La Colombe in Fishtown.
