Joe Sutow graduated from Indiana University in 2016 and began his professional career at Marcus & Millichap in Philadelphia focusing on investment sales of government leased office buildings nationally as well as multifamily properties in Philadelphia County. During his time at M&M, Joe was responsible for financial underwriting and developing and implementing persistent outreach strategies in order to generate seller leads. After roughly 2 years and a dozen transactions, Joe pursued a more entrepreneurial path and began investing in his own single family and multifamily properties within Philadelphia. In doing his own deals, Joe gained invaluable hands-on experience in property renovation management and logistics, financing solutions and landlord-tenant relationships, among other skills. Looking to utilize his skill set and to help grow alongside a like minded team, Joe joined Atlis Real Estate Partners in 2023 to help lead their acquisitions efforts and assist with other facets of the business.
