Bill Shipp is currently V.P. of development at The Victory Bank in Limerick, PA. He has been in banking and finance for 24 years. Mr. Shipp holds a B.S. in Businesses Administration from Drexel University with concentrations in Finance and Economics. He is also a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys playing Golf, spending time with family and fishing. He also serves a as an advisor to the JBN, Animal rescue league of Berks County,Pennreach and Drexel University.
