Dmitry is a former unsuccessful Proprietary Futures Trader and a reasonably successful IT Associate who started an Executive Search Firm in 2012, NewConfig. We did about $1.5 million in revenue in 2022 and I have a staff of eleven on the team. I am also father to three boys, and I live with my wife and kids in Holland, Pa. I grew up in Huntingdon Valley, Pa. I have been in the Recruiting industry and a Small Business Owner now for 11 years.
